At Fiordi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal to ensure fast processing.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
